Amma is love in action. Every single thing she does is an expression of pure love. Whether She is giving darshan to thousands or managing her charities, she is never bored or weighed down. Her love is ever fresh.
Pure love is our true nature too, but as Amma often says our love can be like honey trapped inside of a rock. Layers of fear, judgment and regret can veil this love. So what are we to do?

During this retreat, we will return to the seat of practice and choose to make these words our guiding light as we consciously turn the compass of our hearts back to the pole star of love.
